Boys' Basketball will face East Chambers Friday, March 2nd at 6:00 PM in the Region III Regional Tournament at Midway High School, 8200 Mars Drive, Waco, Texas. Admission is Adults $10.00 - Students $5.00 - Children under 5 no charge. NO PASSES ACCEPTED.
Over the next three weeks, JHS will be conducting course selection for the 2018-2019 with all students. In preparation for this, we wanted you to be aware of a few things, since we want our parents and guardians to be involved in this course selection process.
1. There will be a 2018-2019 Course Selection meeting for all current 9th, 10th, and 11th Grade Parents on Thursday, February 22nd at 6 pm at our JHS cafeteria. Please make plans to attend.
2. For the actual course selection part, we are going to do something a little different this year. We will be conducting in person meetings with students and parents for seven days during the two weeks prior to Spring Break. In those meetings, we will be:
a. Examining your student’s transcript
b. Approving the Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) for you student
c. Selecting courses for the 2018-2019 School Year
3. You may access the 18-19 Course Selection Guide on the JHS Web Page at: https://jhs.jarrellisd.org. Please visit with your student about options and opportunities for next year. There is also an Endorsement Guide available as well.
4. On Friday, you will be receiving an email invite to sign up for the Course Selection Meetings. This email will be coming from SignUpGenius. We will send a notice when we send out the request. Please make sure to check your spam in order to sign up for a time slot.
The dates for the 2018-2019 Scheduling Meetings are:

We will have four meetings scheduled at each time slot, and we will host meetings from 9am until 5:40 pm each day.
Please try to attend in person. If absolutely necessary, we can hold a meeting with a parent on the phone.
