Cap and Gown Information

Attention Seniors: Graduation caps and gowns are coming! Monday, May 4th, caps and gowns will be distributed at the high school from 9:00-10:30. This is a curbside service. All you need to do is drive through the front driveway at the high school, and we will get you fixed up. If you need to pay for your cap and gown you can do so at

Parent Meeting

Monday, February 3rd at 6 pm in the JHS cafeteria, JHS Counselors will host a parent meeting to go over the JHS Course Curriculum guide and student course selections for next school year. This meeting will be for the parents of all incoming 10th, 11th and 12th graders for next school year. They will have a similar meeting with the parents of incoming Freshmen on February 10th at 6 pm in the JHS cafeteria.

Notice about Bringing Meals to Students 

Jarrell High School is reminding parents/guardians that they are only allowed to bring food for their children during the school day. Parents/guardians cannot bring meals for other students, including friends of their child, as it is a violation of our contract with our Child Nutrition Service provider who operates our cafeteria.  Thank you for your cooperation!

School Start and End Times

For the 2019-2020 school year, Jarrell High School will begin at 8:35 a.m. and end at 4:20 p.m. Students will be counted tardy if they are not at school by 8:35 a.m. Buses will run at 4:25 p.m.
