After attending TSU from 2003-2004, I married the love of my life and moved to Abilene for 5 years. I attended Cisco School of Nursing in Abilene and graduated in 2008. After our time spent in Abilene, we decided to move back home with hopes of starting a family. We have two beautiful daughters and couldn't be more happier to be "home!"
I spent a significant amount of my nursing career working for Seton Hospital on the Critical Care Unit/telemetry, and on the Medical Surgical floor. Working for the Hospital was instrumental to my nursing career thus far. I grew in many aspects, not only my general knowledge for my patients, but it also became very obvious that Nursing was the path God wanted me to take.
Although I felt like I was where I needed to be, God had other plans! This will be my second year at JHS, and I finally feel like I have found my nitch! I feel blessed to be apart of such an amazing community, and am proud to be a Cougar!
