Chelsey Michalik brings 18 years of experience in education, grounded in a strong family legacy of educators and administrators. She is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with students while challenging them

to excel academically, behaviorally, and in extracurricular pursuits.

With 12 years of experience in secondary administration, her leadership experience spans a variety of roles where she has worked collaboratively with staff, students, and families to create a positive and results-driven school environment.

Prior to her administrative career, Ms. Michalik spent 6 years teaching English and Science and coaching, providing her with a well-rounded foundation in both instruction and student engagement. These experiences continue to inform her leadership approach and commitment to supporting effective classroom practices.

As an Associate Principal, Ms. Michalik’s leadership is rooted in connection, accountability, and a relentless focus on helping every student reach their full potential.
